We are a software engineering and production company! Electronomics was founded by our visionary CEO Gustav Nyberg who was nerdy tech geek and engineer, that through a Cinderella transformation has turned into, not a prince, but at least a true serial entrepreneur, relentless businessperson, ground-breaking inventor, strong leader and appreciated mentor.
Gustav has spent decades to reach this level of proficiency and acquire the experience, knowledge, and abilities he possesses today. Already as a small kid he was fascinated by tech, problem-solving and coding. Over the years he grew a great passion for entrepreneurship, business, and investments.
Gustav’s has also always been a strong Microsoft advocate with a long-lasting dream of one day becoming a Microsoft MVP with a Microsoft Partner Company. As he himself puts it: “I liked Microsoft long before it was cool, – long before and they started to do things right for real! Back then they were the world’s great corporate evil and Google were the good and cool startup guys!”.

Due to Gustav’s strong personal brand and vast knowledge and experience withing bank, finance, and fintech industries, the company mainly has been collaborating with partners and customers residing in the business domain so far.
Electronomics has succeeded and continued to grow Gustav’s fascination for Microsoft, broadening and deepening the knowledge within FinTech, growing and refining his ideas and models for domain-driven, agile, distributed, asynchronous approach on creating state if the art software, architecting, engineering, and systemizing simple and clever solutions to the customers’ complex problem, in high-performing, well-functioning, and thriving teams, that work close together, using tools and processes such as XP (Extreme Programming), pair-/mob programming, and Clean Code, as described in the Software Production Manifest, where we constantly try to document and share, what we believe the best way of doing software production to be.
The terms UI (User Interface) and UX (User Experience) are, according to us, extremely important, perhaps even the single most important pieces in Software Production, since without at least one user the software is quite useless. But we think the concept user by time-honored and long-established custom have become a bit narrow, usually only means human users, i.e. excludes a lot of users, hence most interactions already are made software to software, and since we have only seen the beginning of the Information Technology Revolution, with e.g. IoT (Internet of Things), AI (Artificial Intelligence) still dawning.
Electronomics is born from a great passion for the true art of software engineering. We urge to be in the forefront of the industry, embracing new challenges, following the constantly developing tech and adapting to our customers’ increasing demands and more complex requirements.
We love to explore, learn new things, develop, refine, innovate! We have always been a part of the IT and Software revolution. We early adopted the agile methods. We have always been strong believers in open source, now we are extremely excited to be a part of the AI revolution and are trying to keep up with everything that happens withing the fields of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Augmented/Virtual Reality, and Cloud Computing.
But with great tech comes great power! And as Spiderman so wisely puts it: “With great power comes great responsibility!”. Electronomics is constantly striving to be cutting edge, and the field of security is no exception. As the Software Production Manifest states, the key to being secure and safe is to have a holistic security strategy and always improve the weakest link.
